Nothing too exciting here (that's pretty much my profile!)
I have a bid in on RTU - Cohen and Steers REIT Utility income fund. It's gotten hit lately, a combination, I believe of the parent not doing too well (which is pretty much irrelevant for the performance of this REIT IMHO), plus underperformance of REITs in general lately.

RTU goes ex 8/11, yields about 7%, and is trading at or almost at the steepest discount to NAV (-16%) in its history.

re Jakk: Stock has been on a roll recently - have the shorts covered? It seems kind of nutty to try to short a company to 20x of daily volume, with a PE<10, net cash on it's balance sheet and a FCF yield >8%. On top of that, they beat earnings by a large margin last quarter:
