ralph, I do this on the countries I work. Project colleagues, both on the customer and the roll out team.

Czech Republic, Iran were cases I show because the young ladies are bright but are subject to the actual economic conditions of the country.

Czech young ladies are daughters of fahter with communist background and are not prepared to face the market economy.

I am much older than they are and have a lot of world experience, talk too much and can communicate complex issues in simple terms. This may make then open up and talk what they want. I, because of my dirty poor background and that have worked hard to get some degree of success, like to help bright people out.

Now to the car you are going to reward when I solve the problem. I am not going to ask for anything too expensive. Ineed a small SUV that has place to put food and drink for my daughter.

Now lets work not hard but clever. The more you narrow you range of choices, the less the degree of success. If I'd go work in Australia, I'd solve the problem in 90 days.

Unfortunately I see no chance of getting there and work the a solution.

Now consider the following: a 'top sort' woman is a 'top sort' woman. I don't see Aussie women as having the monoply of the goodness.

If the lady would think why is Ralph so hellbent zeroing on an Aussie lady? Women, being who they are would suspect foul play.

First think she would think: This guy is not interested in ME as a woman and a person and she would not consider anything coming from you.

Since I like a challenge and I want you buy that car just to for me to send a photo with a bumper sticker reading "Riding at Raphs costs"

I am proposing the following. No pistoleira. (Pistoleira are women who wants to take advantage of man).

Would you not consider other 'top sort' from other origins? See if, you widen your choices the chances are that you get the right person.

Raplh appologise! see the curve of people leaving Australia

"a substantial outflow of emigrants which has increased in recent years with the internationalisation of labour markets and other globalisation effects. It is estimated that there are around one million Australians living on a permanent or long term basis overseas."

"Anyway your statement that everyone wants to get out is absolutely the most ludicrous statement I have EVER heard. I've been their 8 times for long stretches and think I know what I'm talking about."

Australia’s Diaspora: It’s Size, Nature and Policy Implications, presented a strong argument that the large number of Australians living and working abroad is an economic and cultural asset and thought should be given to policies to make the most of the opportunity it presents.

"number of Australians emigrating permanently to other countries has jumped by almost 30 per cent. Most were heading for one of five destinations: Singapore, New Zealand, Britain, the United States and Hongkong. (3)"
