You're exactly the sort of welfare hog held in such high esteem by Grace Zaccardi and her band of irresponsible Monetarists. You've never seen a welfare program you didn't slurp up in belching, stomach churning excess.

What's most pathetic of all is that you even have the nerve to think that your taxes should be subsidized, in recognition of your prolific lifetime welfare consumption. Perhaps even a special achievement award thrown in for your years of swindling the public.

I guess we should also congratulate you for your incessant whining that Congress should give "additional priority" to housing, "additional priority" being your smarmy euphemism for additional lavish welfare programs.

I think you've wasted enough of everyone's time.

LOL, I've just been telling you why it's going up. You seem to think it's because of some great investment YOU made. Now, it's all fun and games while you sit around like the "cat that ate the canary" but it's pretty dangerous for the economy.

So why don't you go out and pay todays prices for a home...still lots of appreciation ahead?

It's also obvious that you have positioned yourself well, to feed off the government teat.
