I was against the war, and I am still against it, and think it was a stupid idea. But it is never the fault of the men and women of the US armed forces that they go where they are sent. And when they are injured because they serve, no matter how much I disagree with the cause they serve, I think they deserve the best we can afford to give them. I do not think at the moment we are doing the best by Americans in the services. I hope we do better in the future.
