Bush is NOT "very aggressive against Enron". five years later and Lay and Skilling walk...free...Wouldn't you like to rip off 20 billion and have the authorities give you 5+++ years to enjoy your loot?

I keep forgetting that the concept of due process does not exist in your world. It must be nice to be God.

Do you really think that Bush has any day-to-day involvement in the Enron matter. The task has been appropriately delegated to the career prosecutors and they have diligently pursued their targets. Remember that these are mostly Clinton-era criminal activities. If Arthur ("all hat, no cattle") Leavitt's SEC had been doing its job properly, Enron would have imploded long before GWB's election.

Do you think that Donaldson did a good job at the SEC?

Do you actually think that Lay and Skilling are enjoying their "loot"? BTW, where did they stash that $20 billion?
