This is the point! People doesn't want to know about the flexibility of the tail fo the crocodile! They need just to know enough to make them be productive. Take 100 people. 10 are utterly useless. 10 excel. 80 are there in the middle. We should not concentrate in the 10 at both sides of the bell curve. We need to concentrate in those 80 right at the middle, Democratic societies abhor that. They want to treat people wiht equality. This is the source of the problem. WE ARE NOT EQUAL!!! Before, the market, sorted this things out. But it is no longer acceptable. The state comes in and force equality.
