Being born in the USA makes the preemie a citizen of the US yes...that's a fact...indisputable....no question about it. however, entering the USA by illegal means, that's another issue. being born premature isn't a disease. nope...never said it was. so....do you think we ought to have an open immigration policy? even though it is NOT the law of the land...
