Thanks Russ. Some of that is such a joke. ARMS in the 1 year category are higher than 30 year fixed. 3 and 5 and 7 year ARMS may invert next week and be higher than 30 year fixed if the fed raises again. Borrowers don't want fixed rates........... They should have seen the train coming the past two years. And in the recent past they could have locked in a 30 year fixed for under 5% with a discount point. Best deal ever. Did they take it?, no they wanted to save half a point for 90 days....
