I think that the vendors will kiss this company goodbye and it will fold up. However, maybe Shipes wants the shareholder base and OTCBB listing and will do as R/S and merge it into another project. Happens up here all of the time.

He is probably smart enough to know the he must have some feasibility work done before any financing will come his way.

I figure that the loyal longs might end up with 20% of a new project.
