Citibanks helped the 4 senior managers in Southern Security (NanFang ZhengQuan) for money laundering as much as US$7.8 billion. They have hollowed out that company, now the slack is being picked up by Construction bank at Chinese tax payers' money. The Chinese gov. should demand Citibank to make up every single penny of those laundered money! or else get out of the Chinese market!
