<Saying that God is everywhere is not the same thing as saying God IS everything.>

How can that be different?? God would be in every atom, every particle, whatever. IMO the two "IS everything vs Is everywhere is simply differing usage of words. In fact, church dogma goes to great lengths to try and say it's all very hard to understand.

<The belief is that God is Self-existent, as is stated in his Name "Jah" meaning "I am." >

If god IS everything {as evidenced by the teachings of many witness} it does not refute the above.

<His self-existence is the essence of His holiness, for all other things have a beginning, being dependent upon Him for their existence.>

Yes, but again, this does not preclude god as 'one'. BTW, the things having a 'beginning' would mean it has become manifest out of the unmanifest... it may only appear to be a 'beginning' to us.

<Consequently, the gap between us on this point is immeasurable, and by it He is holy.>

I see no gap at all, other than differing meaning to the same words.

<by it He is holy.>

All is he, and all is holy... 'the kingdom of heaven is within'.
