I don't charge for internal photocopies, only for ones that I have to pay an outside firm to make, and then I just pass the charges on to the client directly, with no markup. I don't keep track of the charges otherwise. My accounting software makes it easy - if I write a check, then I have a charge, and I can charge it to overhead or to the client with the click of a mouse. But then, I am not rich, and if you insisted on getting "only the best" probably no one you know would think of me. ;^) I know the lawyers that are widely reputed to be "only the best". They certainly are handsomely compensated.
