the person who hit me drove off. he didn't leave the note. When contacted they denied hitting the vehicle and was going to fight it. fine i told them since you live in anther state i expect you can explain how your car description and registration ended up on this note. I expect your son goes to college in this area? I expect reporting an accident was a police matter to get it on the record.

Never had it happen before or since but if someone hits you and runs off to escape getting caught shouldn't this be a criminal offense of some kind? A third party who was also fighting the parking space left the note.

When i told the kids father after the maid got him, i was turning this over to the police and insurance he agreed to file an accident report.

This was no ding... it was major fender smash damage.
