I met 2 realtors last week in palm beach, both had 15 years plus experience in that market buying and selling real estate = they(wife and husband) just took a 1031 course and told me yesterday he learned enough to leave that to an accounting professional = way beyond him. I don't understand how after 15 years that has not become an issue until now = but maybe it is a trend, maybe a lot of people are requesting 1031 exchange lately and he felt the need to take a course. The people I have talked too there said housing was good as an inflation protector - but they want out of bubble markets. If the whole nation is bubbly = where can they go?
