The FBI's Crime in the United States estimated that 67% of the 16,503 murders in 2003 were committed with firearms.

(16,503 * 0.67) / 4 = 2,764 normalized deaths - so you got nothing to worry about because that's even less than England's 3000 number you gave me.

Huh? Please don't try to be clever. Evolution does not distributes its gifts evenly.

The UK figures was for all firearm incidents in one year. The US figure was for only firearm incidents that resulted in death. For all firearm incidents in the US, the total for one year was 343K incidents vs 3K in the UK. Go back and read my post slowly. Again, try not to think about being clever. It just trips you up. ;~)
