Criminals like Sandy Burglar, Bill Clinton, Ted Kennedy, Bagdad Jim McDermott, Turban Durbin and criminals like Richard Nixon, Spiro Agnew, Cap Weinberger, Elliott Abrams, Robert McFarlane, Duane Clarridge, Alan Fiers, and Clair George. Tally so far... Republicans - 8 Democrats - 2 [Kennedy, McDermott, and Durbin were never charged, convicted or pardoned of anything.] If you want to throw in T.
