Hope everyone is familiar with the Ild charts in the thread header? He has most of the relevant charts, including the MBAA purchase and refi indexes. idorfman.com Just looking through the San Diego (Florida, etc) projects, it will also be interesting to see if speculators just walk from their deposits on the projects started in early 04, and ready over the next year. The profits on these are skinnier, and if the market continues to break, will be non-existent.
