ramsey...I will accept your commentary good-naturedly and with a hearty laugh...I wouldn't have worn a gold jacket for all the money in the world (and those magnetic signs don't cut it in my market area plus they're expensive to buy), do not currently sell or help anyone else to sell any real estate, couldn't care less what the real estate market does from one day or one year to the next (because the market will do what it's gonna do with or without my help), and do not own any housing-related stocks as my investment interests are elsewhere. Do see a lot of ignorance and lack of information about the general real estate topic, however. (Latest misinformation being the "implosion" of the real estate market in Wash DC. It might implode as well as any other market area, but it ain't doing it yet--in fact, now that I've started checking on the numbers, the scarce number of available listings priced $500K-$1 million in my zip code has fallen by three, from 50 to 47, since a few days ago--musta been a busy weekend for some buyers and sellers.) When I get in the groove and have the time, I try to help people understand the subject a little. Maybe I fail. No, wait, OBVIOUSLY I fail! <<gg>>
