I hate to admit it but I never even knew that there were Christians who did not believe that.

Me, neither. That's why I posted it. It seems that when you take away the big differences that people fight over, they simply resort to fighting over little differences.

As for this particular little difference, even if baptism isn't necessary, I don't see how it could hurt. If Hunley had denied one of PHC's beliefs, I could see firing him but for subscribing to an extra prescription?

Usually the legal system doesn't get involved in matters of religious doctrine.

It looked to me like a matter of his employment contract.
