That a typical person hardly needs to lay down suppressive fire in one's normal life span.

How many automatic weapons were banned?

I seem to remember 19 specifically mentioned and then there were some generic descriptions of attributes of banned weapons.

INTRATEC TEC-9, TEC-DC9, AND TEC-22;
Revolving cylinder shotguns such as (or similar to) the Street Sweeper and Striker 12.
