Excuse me, it was my understanding CONGRESS enacted and passed the energy bill, Bush merely signed it. Lets not take the credit away from our hard working Congresspeople. Incidentally, the bill was far larger then Bush had wanted what with the pork and all, but whats a President to do when he doesnt have line item veto? jdn
