Wulfi, She can't invoke the 5th Amendment because all Fitzgerald has to say is "you are granted immunity." Then she'd have to name names. You can't incriminate yourself if you're immune from incrimination.

Criminals have long ago learned the value of using the 5th. Usually, the prosecutor picks the lowest dog on the list and gives him immunity. That guy then confesses to every crime since the taking of Jenkin's ear and gets all the real criminals off the hook. There are ways for a good prosecutor to get around that, and I'm sure Fitz is good.
