17:22 PHTN Photon Dynamics reports Q2 and Q3 results (18.16 -0.06) PHTNE Reports Q2 (Mar) loss of $0.61 per share vs -$0.57 consensus; revenues fell 3% year/year to $25.3 mln vs the $25.5 mln consensus. Co also reports Q3 (Jun) non-GAAP loss of $0.10 per share vs -$0.21 consensus; Q3 revenues rose 1% year/year to $39.1 mln vs the $39.1 mln consensus. Co sees Q4 loss of $0.43-0.53 vs -$0.45 consensu; sees revs of $23-28 mln vs $29.6 mln consensus. In addition, the co reported the results of the Audit Committee investigation which resulted in restatements for the fiscal year ended Sept 30, 2004 and 1Q05 ended Dec 31, 2004 [Harry: Not as much demand for testing equipment this Q as expected. The miss is not by much so no trend can be devined, but may the start of LCD industry reaching a temporary equilibrum point of supply equalling demand.]
