I am not a creation of multiple people on SI, I am just one physical entitiy, no matter the personalities within - hehe. I lived all over as a child though, through many cultures that were very different, so maybe this makes it harder for you to pigeonhole me. I take it as a complement what you said - international man of mystery way more fun eh than someone easily figured out? hehe What specifically do you not believe I am serious about? Maybe you can enlighten me why it seems to you I am not, I thought I was. I have always been shades, always will be shades here, originally got the name from old 80's song future so bright, I gotta wear shades - I am really positive on the future. I am johnny5 on some internet usenet boards - the robot from short circuit was inspiration for that one. I have no "group", I never cemented roots when I was younger from all my travel and am like the lone wolf mostly - hehe. When I am not travelling though I thoroughly enjoy the thought streams flowing over SI - I like reading them all, positive-negative - its all yin and yang. I dont want just the good stuff without the bad. hehe. I like Elroy's history lessons lately - how he tries to meld them in with current day stuff - good stuff. My favorite guy to read used to be tokyo joe (was postulated was kimberly at one time - hehe) - lots of flair and charisma from that one - but last few years it has been General Chen - tobagojack his new identity. I just love reading about the chinese culture from these folks, have never travelled there. Grace has great stories here, some say thread drift is very bad, but if all that was here was boring facts about impending crashes and not the wonderful personal insights and adventures of the posters I would leave. I don't like what some say, I do like what others say, but I want everyone to say all they can - hehe. I pulled out of WPB yesterday about 5pm and headed back to tampa area, a few minutes later I hear on NPR radio station that national weather service issuing storm watch - I was already knee deep in rain water and lighting had already zapped my head a couple times - luckily I didn't have mass of hairspray in (bald) so no worry of michael jackson type hair fire - so much for emergency weather report to protect me from going into bad storms. They were not so bad til I hit north of stuart florida on I95 - lightning was heaviest I ever experienced in my life. I called realtor who lives in wellington and said swing by the house and make sure its not flooded - he said he couldn't fight through the crocodiles yet, water still too high. I hope your roof is strong, I read about roofs in many developments that will not stand up to bad rain because of rushed construction.
