This proves what Kerry's vet friends were talking about. Phoenix Program was where many of the wildest stories came from, including assassinations "with extreme prejudice" and tortures. It was a CIA program so it was classified secret, but many of the SWiftvets were part of it as boat taxis. All those smearvets who attacked JK know about it and/or were part of it. They just dont weant to admit it so it's all repressed behind their smokescreen of lies. thememoryhole.org Phoenix was estimated to have killed thousands of VC suspects, most of them in atrocious terrible ways. That was the point of it, to terrorize. In addition to this you had all the well-known "normal" atrocities such as we saw in PLATOON and My Lai and the Agent Orange and napalmings.
