Bush has made terrorism worse. A conservative expert has studied the situation and determined that the reason Jihadists bomb us is that we are occupying their "holy lands". So if we leave, they stop. But the more we occupy their lands, the more terrorism results. The expert suggested we pull out of Iraq but maintain forces there on carriers and other out of the way places. He's probably right. The occupation of Iraq has spurred terrorism 400% over last year.
