Agreeing to just a 1 for 5 instead of a 1 for 10 was the boards first huge mistake. It was like, OK Tony, whatever you say! They could have done a 1 for 10, been eligible for Amex and left Tony out of it not paying him a dime. Now, because Amex is not going to let Tony bring another bankrupt company aboard, the pivotal 1.00 is being threatened and the rest will be history. Proven history of 95% of OTCBB's that do a RS for the purpose of more financing.

eac756, did you see what happened to Cambrex stock after the announcement of acquiring the immortalized cell lines Fa2n-4 and EA1C-35. The street was not very happy. Not happy at all. It took an initial hit of $2 that day followed by a 33% loss of value descending to $18 close to where it currently trades today. Shouldn't this be a wake up call for Multicell!
