Because they don't have the good sense to understand that they were LUCKY and there was no skill involved. In the right place at the right time, just like the people who had telecom stocks in the late 1990s. And, apparently, are leveraging that luck into areas they know nothing about (like buying suburban properties here and begging for tenants). The winners of the bull market were the Mark Cubans of the world who were smart enough to realize it was dumb money being thrown at dumb money and cash out. This time, it's the Toll Brothers.
