"It is my understanding that each and every human being is born with an endowment of natural rights that can not be separated from the human condition without causing harm." I don't mean to be argumentative but the language of the declaration talks about "Created Humans" not just those who have been born. That being the case and in light of the definitive scientific evidence that new Human life is "created" at conception, I think the case has been made for the inherent Human rights of the unborn, equal to those of any other Human.
