I don't mean to be argumentative but the language of the declaration talks about "Created Humans" not just those who have been born. That being the case and in light of the definitive scientific evidence that new Human life is "created" at conception, I think the case has been made for the inherent Human rights of the unborn, equal to those of any other Human.
