I was hoping there would be more rationality, but after bush's brother started firing scientists for telling it like it is regarding highway construction - what else is there? www.liftport.com - I would rather they funnel resources into highways into space and not widening highways that won't do much. See florida is a special case, every so often you can count on a hurricane to come and blow the houses and highways away - so people stay employed - but this is the fallacy of the broken window and we don't get to star trek level society wasting resources like this.
