I am watching the cspan housing discussion right now. They say south florida is a refuge for venezuelan and others that want to escape possible political turmoil back home. I can agree with that, seems smart to diversify across borders, I have tried to get Elroy 2 times now to comment on this with some family he knew about that woke up broke that didn't seem to diversify across political borders. I went to south florida expecting influx of lots of poor third worlders to find young broke women wanting lots of help - but I find they don't want my help and aren't so broke and down after all - like how the enterprise faked out khan - they were not so wounded - hehe.
