It is amazing even he is clueless as the huge oversupply and rampant speculation going on in certain property types in various markets. He seemed to stress how tight the markets are and how such high appreciation is not healthy. Monetary policy targeted just to cool off the tight RE markets at the expense of the rest of the economy is a ticket to disaster.

You heard right....I sprayed my laptop screen with my Count Chocula when I heard it!<G>

I think the top is in, it's just a question of timing exact entries on builder, mortgage, originator and PMI company shorts and puts at this point.<NG>
