She is partly to blame for not trying to convince her son of what a dead-end (literally) prospect joining the military is. Sure, Bush leads the country and lead us into a war based on lies and deception. But her son did willingly join the military, knowing that it is a dangerous occupation and that they could be sent on a war mission at a moments notice, not to mention all the training deaths that occur in the military. So, the fault for his death lies with him and her for not proding him into a different occupation.

I have sympathy for her lose, but when are the American people going to learn that their government can't tell the truth, especially regarding war. It seems like hardly anyone in America learned a lesson from the Viet Nam debacle that was riddled with lies.
