Perhaps Miller wasn't waived by Libby? Has anyone seen the ACTUAL waivers? I'M still curious.

The MSM has all said that he did sign a waiver. If he hadn't, you can be sure they would have outed it. They would love to nail anybody in the admin.

Well we know in every case so far a full waiver was found to have been given. We know the President said all his records should be released from TANG and they were. We know kerry said he would sign and release his military records and still has not. In the President's case those who stepped forward confirmed the President's record. In the case of kerry 200 stepped forward and detailed all the fantasy of kerry's memories. I can see why kerry would not release that which would confirm the reality of the 200.

We'll see. Perhaps Miller wasn't waived by Libby?

Miller and Cooper both took the position that those generalized waivers were coerced and not specific enough. They were asking for specific waivers that could be read as uncoerced. Cooper, apparently, mistook some misstatements by Rove's lawyer as freeing him from his position. Miller apparently never received such from Libby.

But speculating about this level of specifics is difficult, at best. It's a morass. And we may never see the real stuff, at least so long as the Bush administration is in office.
