I have posted several articles that point out the fact that Libby signed a release for all reporters.

As I just typed in another response, both Cooper and Miller thought those generalized waivers were insufficient. They saw them as generated in possibly coercive situations. We know Cooper asked for a specific waiver from Rove and thought he got it from Rove's lawyers statements. Or misstatements as it were.

As for Miller, matters look a great deal more complicated, as in the suspicions she was actually complicitous in passing information along. But who the hell actually knows. And, we may never.
