And in new subdivisions. What if upline DMA said no to phone and gas lines?

The north side of my property has a right of way for a road and utilities in the unlikely case the land to the east gets developed. Same with the neighbor to the north but on his south side. All 4 neighbors that have lived there want to show me the pin in the road that looks like they have an extra 10' of yard. Then I show them the pin in the middle of their drive, that one doesn't count. The phone box is in the middle and on the property line. They make a big deal out of it, 500 sq feet of grass on 5 acre lots. I don't give a rats stinky butt however if the next guy who moves in wants to drag my ass to look at the pin in the road, I'm gonna shoot him.
