didn't upgrade it.

dam i am still waiting for water and natural gas. lines in outside development but no one will bring them in. of course lines just came to front of development last year. toll bros paid for them for their condos going up. One guy says lines are not large enough for you people to go on water too.

you would think when the county is bringing up water they would bring additional or larger line versus digging up the street all over again. nah.

Ish, That sounds like the utilities around here. Just add wire, and forget about upgrading. That is true of cable, and electric service, but when Verizon took over from GDE they made quite a few changes to bring their system up to date. Now they are doing even more. Probably at the cost of the subscriber.
