Hitchins is a Bush supporter. He states that upfront in his investigatory piece. He lists the many ways Bushies minimized the black vote including making blacks wait up to 8 hours to vote. Hitchins estimates that stole 30-40 thousand votes from Kerry. And this does not include any manipulation of the vote count or Diebold hacking.

But Vanity Fair is only 20 degrees or so left of center. that makes it a conservative outlet compared to everything that AS reads.
