I didn't mean Baker was a woman<G> ... Just that he has "the ability to see the future" but "no one ... ever believes [his] predictions."

Actually I agreed with him in '99 about the NASDAQ. And I agree with him today (although he called the housing bubble very early). If Baker and Shiller are correct, things will get very ugly.

I'm pollyannish in comparison ... and I'm very much a housing bear!
