That farmers branch is a property I was sent by a TIC guy in tampa. It seemed to me he was trying to dump the slow moving stuff in his portfolio on me. Thanks for confirming that it is not so hot. I really want to own something in the nw, I want to cut my ties to the south. I was talking with one of my latin service guys last week in west palm, fl - I had been striking out on US1 and a couple of the dance halls/clubs - I say what is up with these recent venezuelan and brazil girls coming up to miami/delray beach/west palm beach area not hooking up with me. I told him I see hispanics come up and they hook up - but I see other white dudes show up and the girls kind of scurry off so I know it isn't just my bad looks - seems to be a racial thing - hehe. I told him this is like in tarpon springs, if you are not greek, the chicks there will be ex communicated by the greek orthodox church if they hang out with you - oh my god! He said senore, you look white, they all know you a cop! HAHA - I said oh so that is the problem - talk about discrimination - later that night him and I went cruising and having a hispanic in the car with me made everything OK then, I was no longer a cop in thier eyes I guess and he got us 2 sweet dominican republic girls for a night of fun - hehe. This guy smelled kinda funny though so if I have to depend on him in that area to pacify the hispanic woman that I am no cop - then I must move on and let someone else have that area.
