I can run around in a T-shirt at 40 degrees. Not too cold is when you can build a home using 2X4's instead of 2X6's so you can add to your insulation barrier.

Doesn't Santa Fe get into the teens at night for 4-5 months? Was just there in early May and highs only in low 60's then drove to Flagstaff and it actually snowed that night.
