They sold their souls. Finding an agent to keep his/her mouth shut despite considerable pressure or incentive to do otherwise is worth paying a little $. Doug helped make Q's strategic infra division very successful...benefiting all stakeholders; including, but not limited to, common shareholders and anyone that is in the wireless industry (including your common phone user). Doug also helped the U.S. economy enormously. So, in some respects, he is probably underpaid. And, as LEAP remains a strategic entity with no real aspirations to build significant value, the stock price is irrelevant. If you're investing in LWIN to acquire wealth, you've picked the wrong pony.
