Well I wonder why anyone would quote a line like... "Engineers are usually quite good at mitigating the dumb stuff lawyers put in contracts that really push up costs" And then as the question, "Do you have Tourettes?" Unless D. Long can provide some addition context, every rational Enginieer and Lawyer would conclude such is posted by someone out of touch with reason legal and technical. And also it would seem Engineers are usually quite good revealing the fools who post dumb stuff.
