Maybe someone will eventually clone smarter deer?

YIKES!

the deer come out of nowhere wearing camouflage and going 40 mph with the idea they have to cross the road before you get to their path

Ish, I know the deer are fast, and don't have sense enough to get out of the way, but I mentioned the trees or high grass because on all of the roads I have been on here, and in Texas, there is, by law, a buffer zone on each side of the road that is at least 10' wide, and kept mowed. That gives a driver a little bit of warning anyway.

Those that are drunk, which is against the law, and that talk on their cell phones while driving, are just stupid and should feel some kind of hurt for being stupid. There is no cure for the situation because of the apathy of governments, and humans themselves. The deer don't know any better, and suffer for it.
