Society does need standards, and American society is more conservative than most, so banning gay marriage is fine with me just for standards sake. But, I don't like the justifcation that it's destroying marriage, because my marriage or any hetrosexual's marriage is dependent on me and other hetrosexuals making it work. I've been married for almost two years and as far as I can tell a gay person or couple has never interferred with my marriage. If we could find a way to outlaw money, that might save a lot of marriages. LOL!
