My PM saying it appears to be a drug financing deal is proving right: "They suspect the theft was the work of either the First Command or the Red Command, the two largest organised criminal gangs in Brazil.

Both have become major drugs cartels, using small armies to control slum districts of Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.

Natural gas storage report out Thursady morning 10:30 Eastern time.

The oil storage report was interpeted (about 45 minutes of release) as bullish since the higher crude inventory was thought to be only due to all the refinery fires and shut downs.

So now oil is up to $65 in Asia - or the US Dollar is down to 1/65 of a barrell.

T. Boone Pickens said he expects oil to ge to $75. When asked when, he said he would want plenty of time for this prediction to come true. He said one year....

www.mcdep.com just raised his prices based on $50 oil.

Max upside seems to be in CVX, APC and COP, with 50% from current price to NAV.

ECA has 22% upside, it also has a slightly higher McDep ratio than other independants (APC, OXY)
