I think the chimp neither knows nor cares how deep a hole he's putting us in. Since he's charging the future, he knows HE's not going to have to sweat paying it back. Some other future chump will have to raise taxes, and pay the same political price Poppy paid for Reagan. The return looks like it will be increased terrorism, expensive oil and an unstable ME.
