Hi Bear,
Went to the real woods today for the first time in a long time. Saw no bear but not too far from where I was at we once went on an all day hike about 12 miles to a great viewpoint. On the way back we saw the bear warning. <ggg> Now not in good shape maybe a 4-5 mile hike would do me in.

Oil gas and gold yeah we need em all.

Who can be sure... oils looks overextended after this big run. Gold is in a triangle and will break ,which direction is not clear. I am mostly sticking with the drill pays. Trading some oils and waiting for a sense of direction.
