Why don't you include George Bush in the list?

They are all products of the US media. Where public image is everything. Image is manipulated and monetized. You cannot discount the power of media monetization. Is it a surprise that the billionaire lists include so many media moghuls? And the 50 million list so many movie, TV, and sports stars?

Take Martha Stewart. While most of her stuff is made in China, she rakes hundreds of millions of dollars by her appeal to sell to women in USA.

If Martha and Walmart can make money on the back of the Chinese, can't many more americans do that? How many more?

1-2 million people working for large US banks are richer than 90 percent of the remaining americans. If 2 million money changers can make a large amount of money from 250 million americans, than possibly 50 million americans can make a lot of money from 7 billion people in the rest of the world. That is not shabby.
