That is hilarious. I check out some of those completed high end condos in Deerfield Bch and Ft Lauderdale. Still seem to be at most 20% occupied by humans even though CO'd more than six months ago. Where are all the end users? Everybody can't be thinking of flipping after waiting out the one year no flip clause in their original contract to sell a never lived in new unit at an even more inflated price<g>.
